Shipping

Your order will be shipped from Germany. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation from us that the goods have been sent to the post office.

We offer free shipping from an order value of 90 euros.

Orders placed before 2pm leave our warehouse on the same day. Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days.

right of return

Ordered goods can be returned in original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date if they are not to your liking or if there are quality defects.

The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer himself.

• We cannot refund the full purchase price for returns without prior notification.
• We only accept unused products in their original packaging with complete accessories.
• The original packaging must not be damaged.
• Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily assign your return to the order you have placed.
