How long can I still adjust my order?
In order to guarantee you an express delivery, we process the order immediately after the order confirmation. Therefore, it is not possible to change the order after the purchase of your products.
If you made a mistake during the ordering process, you can order the product under https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com and of course send the delivery back to us.

Where is it MRSÉY stationed?
MRSÉY was founded in the charming cosmopolitan city of Zurich, in the middle of Switzerland, and is now based there.

How can I lodge a complaint?
If you have any complaints or are unsure about anything, please do not hesitate to contact us here. We will do our best to contact you immediately and thank you in advance for a constructive feedback.

For which Smartphones does the MRSÉYcase fit?
The cases fit the iPhones 6, 6 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X, XS, XS Max, XR, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max and SE 2.

Are the leather straps and carrying chains adjustable?
The leather straps are adjustable between 110 and 130cm with an elegant buckle.
For aesthetic reasons, we produce the carrying chains only in a very proven OneSize size.

What material are the shells made of?
Our covers, as well as the other leather accessories are made of 100% vegan PU leather. The silver and gold plated buckles, carabiners, eyelets and carrying chains are made of metal.

How can I clean the cover?
The vegan leather is water and dirt resistant and therefore very easy to clean. If the cover has become dirty anyway, you can simply wipe it with a damp cloth.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping from an order value of 90 euros.

To which countries does it deliver MRSÉY?
We offer the full range of MRSÉY in all EU countries.

If I'm not satisfied, can I send the envelope back?
Products ordered from MRSÉY can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date if they are not to your liking or if there are quality defects.

What should I do if I have received a damaged item?
First register your returns online at https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com first. Then you send us the products in original packaging and at your own expense back to the warehouse. As soon as we receive the product, we will be able to refund you the cost of the product, but please note the following:
- Returns may only be made via our returns center https://mrsey.myreturnscenter.com can be handled.
- In case of return without prior notification, we cannot refund the full purchase price.
- We only accept unused products in original packaging with complete accessories.
- The original packaging must not be damaged.
- Please make sure to enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily match your return to the order you placed.
- the processing of the return can take up to 14 days.

How can I pay for the envelopes?
You can buy the cover on account, or pay for it with Visa / Paypal / Amex / Klarna / MasterCard / Twist or PostFinance.

Is it also possible to order the envelopes on account?
Yes, you simply need to enter your billing address during the checkout process.

I have not yet received my refund. How long does this usually take?
Once you have correctly sent your returns to our returns center, we can refund the purchase price after receiving the goods. However, if you still haven't heard from us after seven days, please contact us here with your order number and your request.
Warranty (German)

What does the 2 year warranty of the covers cover?
After the purchase of your MRSÉYproducts, we guarantee you a free exchange of your products for two years if the product has a quality defect.

What is not covered by the warranty?
The two-year warranty on all MRSÉYproducts includes a free replacement in the event of a quality defect on our part. However, if the product has been damaged due to normal wear and tear, self-damage or aging, the warranty is void. The legal guarantee of our products is also void if the care instructions are not observed, if the product is lost, stolen or due to fire.

Is there the possibility of entering into cooperation? What do I have to fulfil to be able to enter into a cooperation with you?
Yes, of course we are pleased about any interest in a cooperation.
However, in order to enter into a mutually successful collaboration, we require that you have more than 3000 users following you who have a high interaction and engagement rate on your channels.

- What drives you MRSÉY to advertise
- In what way you could imagine this
- Which brands you have already advertised for
- Which iPhone model you have, in which colour you want it and where we can deliver it to
